Multimode Photonics Laboratory
We have a structured light laboratory with all the capabilities to characterize metasurfaces and structured light, including various lasers, spatial light modulators, and dedicated optics.

Nanofabrication Cleanroom
Our cleanroom facility hosts all the needed tools for nanofabrication of metasurfaces and diffractive optics, including laser writer, electron beam lithography, reactive ion etching, ion beam deposition, metal sputtering.
